Pcbnew 6.99: Cancelled DRC will not run fully on subsequent runs until dialog closed/reopened

Description

After cancelling a DRC run and leavng the dialogue open, subsequent runs do not run fully. Afte closing/reopening the diaplogue all is well again.

Steps to reproduce

1. On any board, run a DRC, cancel mid-run.
2. With the dialogue still open, start another run.
