Cut command (Ctrl+X) in Pcbnew crashes KiCad 6.0.8

Description

KiCad crash if "cut" command (Ctrl+X), is executed in pcbnew.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open pcbnew from an existing project, (For this crash to happen, it should have at least one placed component)
2. Press Ctrl+X on top of component.
