"Search panel" visible state lost between sessions

Description

This option is not remember (search panel visible state) across pcbnew sessions. I think this should be saved inside *.kicad_prl file:

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch KiCad project manager -> pcbnew -> make search panel visible vie View menu;
2. Exit Kicad;
3. Relaunch - See panel is not visible;
