Feature req: Appearance manager for 3D Viewer (provide legend and layer toggle tools)

Description

There is "Layers" tab in PCB Editor / Appearance frame, displaying layer colors and allowing layer(s) visibility enable/disable in single click. In 3D Viewer it's necessary to define keyboard shortcut(no defaults) for layer group visibility toggling, and there is no legend saying which layers(groups) are enabled and which hotkeys control them.

Would be terrific to have such great capability, as in PCB Editor in 3D Viewer too.
