PCB Editor - STEP export of the PCB

Description

PCB STEP export doesn't work.

The GUI shows no hints, the export window simply doesn't appear.
On the CLI, I see the help message (usage information) of the kicad2step, without any error message.
If I try to run kicad2step manually (kicad2step -o test.step pcb.kicad_pcb) , the export works as expected...

Steps to reproduce

1. Load a PCB with 3d models
2. Try to export a STEP file
