PCB Editor: The default network highlighting keyboard shortcut is unavailable on many keyboard layouts

Description

The default network highlighting keyboard shortcut is unavailable on many keyboard layouts.

I think this is a very important function, at least in my workflow. Previously, this function even had a button itself. I know that the user can change the keyboard shortcut in nastaveín, but I think it would be nice for me to have this function mapped to a more standard key by default.

For example, on my system (CZ), this default ` key is available using the Alt + ~ double key. KiCad does not respond to this dual touch.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open PCB Editor
  2. Try highlight net
