Missing new font attributes in symbol properties field table (and several other dialogs)

Description

1. v7 support more text attributes than currently is shown in v6-like symbol properties window:
   

For instance, font type or color cannot be changed. Symbol property table should be updated for new text attributes to be accessible.

2. The same problem also applies to File -> Schematic setup -> Field Name Templates table:
   

3. Also, text color cannot be set in "Edit Text and Graphics properties":

Steps to reproduce

1. Double click on symbol field, see "text options" dialog with visible "font name", "color", "vertical text" attributes (right in the screenshot;
2. These three attributes are not available in symbol properties dialog.
