"Inactive layers (H):" title doesn't follow set languate in preferences, both 6.0.4 and 6.99

Description

In both 6.0.4 and 6.99, when changing language with menu "Preferences" -> "Set language", the title of the "Inactive layers (H):" multiple choice under "Layer display options" in the lower right hand corner of the pcb editor doesn't change, but retains the language that was chosen at startup of the application.

Steps to reproduce

Screenshots are from 6.99 but 6.0.4 behaves the same on this particular issue.

1A. Started up with default swedish language: (Inactive layers = Inaktiva lager)

2A. Changed to english language in Preferences -> Set language.

"Inaktiva lager" is still in swedish:

1B. If pcb editor is closed while english language is chosen, and then restarted, "Inactive layers" will be shown in english:

2B. Set language back to swedish and "Inactive layers" stays in english:
