eeschema 6.99: editing field value change it's position

Description

Current behavior: editing any field value by "Edit xxx field" dialog changes not only field value, but also field position. Autoplace fields feature disabled. Screencast_2022-01-05_14_28_04

Steps to reproduce

1. Open schematic editor, go to Preferences->Schematic Editor->Editing options, disable symbol field automatic placement.
2. Place any symbol to schematics.
3. Place mouse pointer on value field, double-click or press "E" hotkey to get edit field dialog.
4. Change field value, click OK to close dialog, notice field location has changed.
