PcbNew 6.99: DRC inadvertently flags aperture bridging error for mask aperture spanning items on same net

Description

DRC flags ".....aperture bridges items with different nets", but the items are on the SAME net.

Stripped down project: Aperture_Bridging_Bug.zip

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the board attached
2. Run DRC
