Colour settings in PCB

Description

In this nightly build the window 'Preferences/PCB Editor/Colors' shows "compete nonsens". No possibility to set/change colors. It worked in the previous nightly builds.

	Compiler: Visual C++ 1929 without C++ ABI

Build settings:
