I tried updating Kicad to the latest revision 8.0.1 and the problem persists. I then unistalled all plugins and tried installing them. The zip file can't be extracted, so it's unable to install. Same problem was happening with the updates. It keeps giving me "Error extracting file!". Same plugins work fine on version 7.

The Symbol Library Browser in the schematic editor appears as a new window. It would be nice if there was an option to add it as a panel on the main window alongside the hierarchy and properties panels. Like how it is in the symbol editor.

I use mainly project based custom symbol libraries so that they are self-contained. In my current project, when I want to add a symbol that is defined in another project, the File->Import->Symbol option allows me to select the library but it only imports the first symbol defined within. It's a pain, I have to create a new library containing only one symbol using a text editor, then import that. I have come across this limitation several times now.
What I expect to happen, is for a list of defined library symbols to appear, allowing one to choose the symbol to import.
As an aside, the symbol import behaviour (requiring a destination library to be selected first) is inconsistent with the footprint editor import, which asks for the destination library after import.
Create project A that has a project library containing 2 symbols. Create project B and try to import the second symbol from project A.
Application: KiCad x86_64 on x86_64

This is KiCad 8.0 Feedback:
There are no laboratory instruments in your system.
All these laboratory devices are included in NI-Multisim.
There is also a situation that is at the top of what you need to do right now. That is, when you start working with the schematic circuit system, you have not created the synapses of the circuit's wires. Yes, there are no synapses, and the process of wiring the synapses and the associated apparatus cannot be initiated from the pin of the circuit.
Although the schematic has PCB settings, I think this should be made easier. Because in order to create PCB settings, copper thickness needs to be created and grouped, and even ground settings and unit settings need to be created. Swap option also needs to be created separately.
You should be able to make the system save the settings as default with a checkBox. You should put settings record checkBox in many parts of the application.
