I thought I had done this before, but sometimes it forces it back to the
auto power setting.  I only want this to happen when you switch to the
frequency, but allow you to modify it after.  Works now, except it does
not set it if you change frequency in auto mode, but does work from the
VFO, changing in WSJTX, etc.  Maybe more to do here.

Added freqswitch.sh as an example script to automatically switch bands
based on time of day.

And some tweaks to my customization in rigtool.pm, which I really
probably should have in a separate module entirely so it's not
conflicting with anyone else.
