Bring visibility to Content Credentials & User Safety

As an user I want to have visual hints that an image that I'm uploading has Content Credentials or any information that can identify myself (like source or location).

Having that in mind, we would like to add a badge to the media settings icon, as well the Content Credentials logo icon over the media (this last is not clickable). Please see the image below and figma link as reference.

Note: once the user goes through the process of choosing to compress or keep original, in case they decide to compress the Content Credentials logo icon will be removed from the picture.
