Allow users to select tags from a list instead of typing them manually

Currently, when we create a new karaoke in the dashboard, we have to type one or more tags. This is prone to errors (spelling error, no existing tags, etc).

Since the list is not modified every day, wouldn't it be relevant to propose this list of tags to the user using a drop-down list?
