Improve synchronization
I get the impression we could use less time and energy to synchronize. Possible things:
- 'collective work week', limit collective activities (CoMe, roadmaps, etc) to a certain part of the week
- 'good times survey', ask people about preferred times for e.g. meals, meetings, celebrations, etc. to use to set up...
- 'default times', to create a bit more regularity and help people plan cooking, working, etc
- 'aggressive calendar promotion', e.g. going around, installing DAVdroid on peoples phones, telling people off for not using it, etc
- 'e-cal', install a small monitor with calendar somewhere
- revise CoMe sections/flow (as ever huh)
