Position system inspection

Situation: We have a system for how people interact with the house via different positions. The constitution defines visitors, volunteers and members

Problems:

• the system is somewhat complicated, sometimes leading to newbie angst and resident frustration
• there are some position 'gaps' in the system
• uncertainty about attending evaluation/check-in norms
• relatively high organizational overhead for evaluations/check-ins
• there are various non-recorded norms/expectations/suggestions
• the rationalization for different positions is unclear

Actions:

• gather existing texts
• delete/archive old stuff
• update/improve existing system documentation (without changing anything)
• list improvements

Definition of done: publish concise, preferably graphical representation of system as is
