Make greywater system more reliable

It works quite good right now, but these things should be improved:

• add a dishwater rotation spray unit to the refill unit in the basement tank to have better cleaning effect
• improve or replace conduction sensors (e.g. K20-3 bottom sensor sometimes reports empty even when tank is full)
