## Introduction (10 mins)

"This is the first-ever MCM. [introductory words]"

_brief silence_

## Dreaming (50 mins)

Goal of this round: figure out needs/wishes/visions for Kanthaus

"Which wishes and visions do you have for Kanthaus?"
"Which needs should it fulfill?"
Time frame 1/3/10 years

Collect on pieces of paper and put them on the wall

(10 Minutes in silence, then you can put up first pieces. End after 30 minutes or if everybody is done)

Mark all pieces that you think should be tackled in the next 12 months

## Brainstorming (2 hours)

Goal of this round: make proposals for Ukuvota

We find most favored topics and create ~5 topic areas in the room.
Each area has a piece of paper.

You can write down tasks how to reach the stated goal(s).
You can attend as many areas as you want, but then of course you have less time for each.

Tasks should not strongly depend on each other. If they do, try to find the common idea and make the tasks into one more complex proposal. (This is to help the voting procedure.)

Tasks should not be too small - if you can do it by yourself in a few days, it can be coordinated otherwise. (This is to keep space for spontaneous actions.)

(Facilitation: give indications after each 1/5 of the total time passed)

Set up vote and enter tasks.
Question: "Which big tasks shall we work/push in the next 12 months?"
Then vote on the tasks during lunch time.

### How to vote

Think "we", not "I", as in:
- 😡 "We should not waste time on this during this year"
- 😠 "We should not spend time on this during the next months"
- 🙁 "I would prefer us not to do this soon."
- 😶 "There is only small benefit compared to the effort needed" or "I don't care."
- 🙂 "We should do this."
- 😊 "We should do this rather sooner than later."
- 😍 "Let's do this as soon as possible!"

### How to interpret the results of the vote

- Higher score => higher priority task
- Higher variance => more need to talk about it

## Planning

Goal of this round: assign groups of 2+ people per task

"You are the project managers; this is mostly a social job. You don't have to do the work yourself, but you should plan tasks in more detail, ask about resistances, monitor progress, inform people at the CoMe and organize building weeks, WuppHours etc."

"You can only be in the project lead of one task; however, you can be adviser to other project managers"

"If you don't want to be a project manager, you can join any existing team that already has 2+ managers"

We do this in a big round, everybody can state the tasks they are interested in and then discuss until groups are found.

Groups gather together and start their work, for example:
- find out how you want to work together:
    - why are you interested in this task?
    - what motivates you?
    - what frustrates you?
    - when and where do you meet during the project?
    - where do you keep notes?
- break down task in smaller units
- what is the time frame?
- draw a flow chart
- write down limitations
- what are the dependencies?

## Celebration

Retrospective round:
- how did you find the process?
- was the frame big enough to contain all topics that are important to you?
- was the frame narrow enough to not be overwhelming?
- do you feel prepared for the next year?
- do you feel able to report at CoMe and define WuppHour tasks?

Cook together?
Play a board game?
Cuddling pile?
