Changes that are forth coming

I am one of theHarvesters core devs and when we tag a new release these are the new things that are required

censys==0.0.8
flake8==3.7.8
grequests==0.4.0
plotly==4.1.0
pytest==5.1.1
PyYaml==5.1.2
requests==2.22.0
shodan==1.15.0
texttable==1.6.2

Uses python3.6+ by default, API keys are now stored api-keys.yaml and can you please not modify the name of the file? As you are using theharvester when it should be theHarvester thanks.

Also we now have travis-ci setup in the repo as well. We would be more than welcome to have patches up streamed to help with packaging for Kali if they are not to invasive :-)
