Builds fail due to golang-1.19 going away

We relied on golang 1.19 to build this package. Upstream has a 2.1.0 available, as of 3 weeks ago that looks like it should have go 1.21 support.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
