Unable to extract firmware

Hi, I've been trying to extract a Intelbras' ACtion 1200 firmware but instead of getting a rootfs folder I'm only getting image_parts and logs , is it possible that this firmware is obfuscated ? if so, is there any way of knowing and extracting ? Also this firmware is based on tenda's ac10
