[Updated] Fixed ath9k_htc firmware version check

This fixes an issue where the ath9k_htc driver would fail to load if the firmware is not 1.3, so even if the firmware is newer it would not load (in my case I had firmware 1.4). Commit which fixes this: lavanoid/android_kernel_htc_m8gpe@729fc6fd
