[Nexus 5X] Update Nougat kernel for 7.1.2 and support Oreo 8.0

With great help from jcadduono. We updated the kernels for bullhead to support Nougat on Android.

Tested mac80211 injection airmon-ng wlan1 up Bluetooth is working HID and USB Keyboard working Drivedroid working when tested to boot a mac of mine up, however it didn't want to boot a Windows 10 UEFI laptop. found no crashes, other than having to reinstall term-nh.apk and using vnc viewer to view the VNC as mouse/keyboard issues in nethunter vnc Nougat 7.1.2 and Nethunter worked really nice together.

Oreo 8 has a couple of issues with HID USB Keyboard app, terminal nh crashing when changing to home screen and back to the terminal. The HID Toggle adds more interfaces to sys.usb.config each time it's pressed.

I am a novice and yet not a pen tester but I have found a hobby in Nethunter for a while now from using the builds, to now trying to compile kernels for it, I've been given a crash course in building a kernel and will actively seek out bugs and search for updates to apply. I want to work hard on this device and move on to a different one when I can. If you would let me help I would be delighted too.
