Add support for OnePlus 5/T with A13

Description
This MR adds support for OnePlus 5/T devices with Android 13.
Multiple kernel variations are included:

  • for LineageOS and ParanoidAndroid ROMs;
  • with and without KernelSU support.

Changes

  • added multiple kernel builds for OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T devices.

Notes
These builds originate from my own NetHunter kernel builder.
Which is why I specified same URL for every kernel variation added.
There are no branches for each of these variations, everything is built from a single build pipeline.
