Please add the required tools and commands to preview the docs locally

Currently, everything is listed as a folder with markdown files. I am working on a PR, but not sure how the additions I am making will look in the docs site.

We should include the tools required and the commands to build the site locally, which will resolve back and forth on PRs if things aren't right. OR maybe we can automate things and build previews on Merge requests.
