Invalid deb package causes build failure

I found that the build installs firmware-b43-installer in chroot anyway, even though I commented it in hardware-support.list.chroot

firmware-b43-installer package downloads firmware from https://www.lwfinger.com/b43-firmware/broadcom-wl-6.30.163.46.tar.bz2, while https://www.lwfinger.com is currently down It just redirects to https://www.lwfinger.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi

This causes dpkg to continually throw errors
