all: Reconfigure xfonts-base on first boot

Baracko reported ( https://bugs.kali.org/view.php?id=5581 ) that vnc connections
would fail to work until reconfiguring xfonts-base.

This also fixes issue #164 which is a replica of the bug listed above.
