farmer - agricultural pilot connection

this is just a small change i thought of, but it can change quite a bit:

-when agricultural pilots spray crops, farmers earn more money/ farm faster because the crops grow faster. if there was no agriciltural pilot for a bit, the amount of money will go back to normal.
