WaveUp during conversation in Bluetooth only

Description

WaveUp is a perfect app doing what it pretends: enabling screen when Waving Up on proximity sensor. During call, it does not work, and it's normal (it's a feature). We don't want ear to hang up. But when I use a headphone (BT for example, but I guess people with jack have the same problem), phone is not near ear, and I want WaveUp to work. I can remove "Phone" permission, and then it works well, but unfortunately, it also works when not on BT, which is dangerous because of ear contact.

Maybe we should have a setting for that:

• "Would you like to disable WaveUp during Call ? It will prompt for Phone permission"
• "Would you like to enable WaveUp during Call when in BT/jack ?"
