Table Layout - Table scaling on page split causes more harm then its usefull

At the moment table fragments that fit on a page, will scale to fill the available space. This sometimes looks nice if the scaling is minimal, but does not look to good for most tables especially when the scaling is to big.

However, scaling is required if the table has a fixed height.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
