App not launching on Ubuntu 22.04.03 LTS

App not launching either from desktop icon or from command line on Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS. Managed to get it to launch once immediately after install but on reboot it won't run. Nothing in system tray, no app window, nothing showing in when running ps.
