Redesign theme icons for better aliasing (pixel adjust)

• Create a default icon template (since I probably will be adding more icons!)
• Consider writing a rendering script based on clipping designs???
• Make sure that 16x16 is target view!!
• Maybe make a normal icon and a favicon for each?
