Drop configuration

The configuration we have is really not pulling its weight. People also assume that because we allow some things to be configured, the way formatting works should be configured. That was never the point of adding configuration; it was only to make the CLI flags able to be written down somewhere (a dubious goal). Not to mention we end up having to build a huge dependency (Dhall) in order to make it happen. We should drop it, straight up and move on with our lives.
