Preserve span in application of expressions

It looks like there's an issue when formatting ExprApp _ _ _. What seems to be happening is that if the second Expr _ is a SingleLine, it's pulled up onto the same line as the first Expr _. My guess is that this prefix isn't quite right. Probably, we don't want to decide the Span within exprPrefix. We probably need to take it as an argument.
