No distinction between minimized apps and pinned apps on the taskbar.

Basically the title. In this theme, minimizing and closing pinned apps in the taskbar look exactly the same. I have attached a snippet of it. In this screenshot, Firefox is open btw (just minimized), and the file explorer is not opened, but they both look the same in the task bar.
