feat(rule): add support for BYSETPOS (byPositionInSet)

Currently, rSchedule doesn't support BYSETPOS (byPositionInSet) from the ICAL spec. This issue exists to track comments / support for adding this feature. At this time, I have no plans to build a BYSETPOS recurrence rule.
