Generate response metadata for /api/aircraft/v2/lat/<lat>/lon/<lon>/dist/<dist>

The /api/aircraft/v2/lat/<lat>/lon/<lon>/dist/<dist> endpoint only provides the "ac" field, and does not provide any of the following required fields: "now", "ctime", "msg", "ptime", or "total".
