With emojis enabled, auto-linking URLs does not work

STR:

• Enable emoji shortcodes
• Write a message with a link like http://example.com
• Render

Expected:

• The URL is linkified ()

Actual:

• It is not a link

Workaround:

• Disable emoji shortcodes
