Add a setting to display/hide the language menu icon (globe)

When using the new language alias feature with two character code, the language menu icon is bigger than the menu itselg.

Add a setting to display/hide the language menu icon (globe) from the menubar.

Not sure if this is relevant but in a past commit a setting "addlangmenu" was removed, I am sure we used to have a feature to show / hide the lang menu as opposed to relying only on core to do this?
