NVIDIA Driver Broken on Ubuntu 22 Kernel 5.15.0-106-generic

After the most recent Ubuntu 22 kernel update (from 5.15.0-105-generic to 5.15.0-106-generic), the DKMS module for our NVIDIA driver no longer builds:

ERROR: modpost: GPL-incompatible module nvidia.ko uses GPL-only symbol 'rcu_read_unlock_strict'
