Listed in log. I went through a long process of eliminating mods until I arrived at BCLib, which I partly narrated in the DH discord https://discord.com/channels/881614130614767666/1189169960778469387
- Describe the bug
I posted the same issue over on BCLib.
With BCLib, BetterNether, and BetterEnd installed in my modpack, Distant Horizons renders any water LODs with special biome colours (like lukewarm ocean) with a glitchy grid in single player. In multiplayer, it renders them with the same grid at first, then updates the LODs after a while to be a plain white colour with no grid.

- Steps to reproduce the bug:
- Load overworld with mods installed together, looking at water with a special biome colour, like minecraft:lukewarm_ocean. The grid pattern is visible on LODs right away.
- Wait. Eventually the water LODs turn from the correct colours to plain white. Also, the grid goes away on the LODs that turn white:
- Sometimes teleporting to a distant area then returning made the colour change start faster.
