black screen when booting up without disk

Great work, but there is a small usability glitch. When I run the emulator for the first time, I get a blank screen. The reason is that the floppy controller is set on, and to boot into cassette model I need to turn off the floppy controller.

xtrs is set up so that if there is no disk in drive 0 that it shuts off the floppy controller and boots into cassette mode and this would be more intuitive.
