      This mega-commit implements Mopidy as an alternative to Spotify
      In addition, package directories have been replaced with top-level
      Relies on Mopidy, installed from a third-party repository (see below)
      gmpc is used as the reference player
      mpdris2 maintains compatibility with playerctl/dbus
      Instructions for installation have been added to the README
      A restrictive configuration file containing username, password and API
      tokens should be written by the user
      spotifywm, spotify.sh and spotify.local have been removed
      bspwmrc now includes gmpc
      Packages now stow to /etc, $XDG_{CONFIG,DATA}_HOME and ~/.local/lib
      lib/dotfiles is used for scripts - see file-hierarchy(7)
      The README now assumes that you wish to stow every package - this
      can be changed by amending the command, should the user wish to
      install select packages
      Script calls no longer point to the install directory (see above)
      tpm has been restored to $XDG_CONFIG_HOME
      Subsequently, stow-local-ignore files are no longer necessary
      etc includes the following configuration files:-
      apt.conf: Prevents installation of Recommends packages
      99Mopidy: Implements pinning (see DontBreakDebian)
      mopidy.conf: Default configuration for mopidy-{mpd,spotify}
      bspwmrc now uses more whitespace for readability
      The README now uses placeholder variables to enter paths into commands,
      such as $dotfiles_dir
      Desktop 5 now uses the desktop icon (7048efdc)
