Islands (such as Crete in Ancient Med) impassible to armies
You can't convoy an army to an island such as Crete in the Ancient Med. It has no land connections, so the adjudicator thinks it's an ocean territory and doesn't let armies in.
Corsica, Sardinia, and Sicily all work fine, because they have a land connection.
