Add reverse code to aslookup_query for query types of origin and origin6, start options for looking up ASNs after an origin type query, and utility function print_rdata to help with printing of rdata strings.

print_rdata function returns the pointer location of the next rdata string, this should be able to be passed to print_rdata again to print the next string.

Code is worth posting to personal web site, some minor clean up, remove irrelevant code, etc.
