Delivering to or receiving incoming Diaspora relay content has been removed. The original Social-Relay project was ramped down quite a long ago and nothing similar exists for the Diaspora ecosystem.

The settings ``SOCIALHOME_RELAY_ID`` and ``SOCIALHOME_RELAY_SCOPE`` can safely be removed.
