Add a bit more details on how to run Socialhome with Docker, trying to keep it generic enough to adapt to whatever environment. Basically going forward I would like to have one supported installation method - Docker.

Note the Ubuntu docs as highly outdated.

Remove the outdated and non-functional docker compose file.

Remove mentions of the oudated Ansible role.
