When using the curly braces to indicate repetition, it looks like the number of repetition is one short. For example: ^+1(?:\d){10}$
(http://regexper.com/#%5E%5C%2B1(%3F%3A%5Cd)%7B10%7D%24)
Indicates that the (?:\d) should repeat 9 times while it should be 10.
