Unspecified how to activate the @print parameter

Issue Description In 0_dissertation.cls, there is a @print command defined. This is also referenced in the example chapter on line 56. However, the documentation is not clear about how to activate this parameter.

Effect This parameter changes the colours used in the document and both the size and bleed of the paper. However, changing the size of the PDF is undesirable.

Recommendation

• Include in the documentation how to pass the print parameter.
• Change the non-print size of the text to be the same as the print (A4).
